Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager.
Essential Duties: Perform basic agricultural equipment diagnostics and determine what repairs are needed, if required. Perform basic agricultural equipment repairs as requested by the Service Manager. Participate in all job-related training and development. Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments. Maintain current product knowledge of CaseIH and competitive products. Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a daily basis and push and pull up to 150 lbs. without assistance. Work and drive safe.
Skills and qualifications: Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of agricultural equipment. Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Good skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes. Must be capable to lift up to 75 lbs, and push/pull up to 150 lbs. multiple times daily. Associates degree or equivalent in years experience. Ability to work varying shifts.
